Bolton Street – DIT
Fire risk assessment of the DIT building stock of over 25 buildings with recommended phased improvement works in relation to fire safety considered necessary to be addressed and rectified in order to meet the obligations of DIT under the Fire Services Act 1981 and 2003.
Scheduling and detailing of improvement works with a view to the premises achieving an adequate level of fire safety over a number of years.
