This mixed use Master Plan proposal is located on a 10 hectare site on the banks of the River Lee, within walking distance of the City Centre. The proposal for over 200,000 m2 of accommodation seeks to create a new urban quarter with a vibrant social and commercial mix of accommodation, including commercial, retail, residential, leisure, civic and entertainment uses.
