Farmleigh Residential Project

Farmleigh Woods is a prestigious residential development comprising elegant five bedroom townhouses and stunning one, two & three bedroom apartments and penthouses. The development is located adjacent to Castleknock Village and is walking distance to the Phoenix Park.

FCC provided Fire Safety Consultancy Services for the apartment developments and the Mount Hybla Guest House and Wellness Centre also located on the site. Ours services were carried out on behalf of the developer Menolly Homes.

The overall development comprises seven apartment blocks built over two basement car parks. A series of townhouses also built over a separate communal basement car park area also formed part of the development.

The project was carried out over phases with four apartments over basement consisting of the first phase and the second comprising the remaining three residential blocks over separate basement car parking. The remaining townhouse development on the site formed a separate phase or works.

Due to its location and scenic setting the entire project was completed to a very high standard.
